The host was really helpful and friendly, assisting us with printing our flight tickets. the apartments were clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find toothbrush and paste provided. the early checkout process was smooth and hassle-free.
The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell that we couldn't identify the source of. the air conditioning was noisy and the noise insulation was poor, leading to disturbed sleep.

I chose this hotel for a business brainstorming session and it provided excellent facilities and services. The rooms were clean and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, close to the airport and within a short ride to a quiet beach. it was a great choice for my work trip.
The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of staff in the early morning and evening. It would have been helpful to have their assistance during those times.

The guestrooms at Nice Nap Hostel are equipped with all the essential comforts like air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay. As a vegetarian/vegan, I greatly appreciated the free WiFi and free bottled water provided.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room to be a bit cold underfoot. However, I understand that others might enjoy the refreshing sensation it provides.

I always stay at a cozy hotel in Nai Yang. They helped me return my lost sim cards. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, and AC. Always coming back when I need a city trip. No regrets.
